Freedom means the right to live openly, safely, and with dignity—no matter who you are or who you love.
It also means the right for women and families to make their own healthcare decisions without political interference.
Across the country, we are seeing coordinated attacks on LGBTQ+ people, reproductive freedom, and bodily autonomy. In Congress, I will fight to protect these fundamental rights and ensure every person is treated with dignity and equality under the law.
My Plan to Protect LGBTQ+ Communities
- Pass the Equality Act to prohibit discrimination nationwide
- Protect access to gender-affirming healthcare and mental health services
- Defend LGBTQ+ students from bullying and discrimination in schools
- Strengthen federal enforcement of hate crime protections
- Ensure safe, inclusive access to housing, employment, and public services
No one should face discrimination simply for being who they are.
My Plan to Protect Women’s Rights & Reproductive Freedom
- Codify the protections of Roe v. Wade into federal law
- Guarantee nationwide access to abortion, contraception, and reproductive healthcare
- Protect the right to IVF and fertility care
- Expand maternal healthcare coverage and address Black maternal mortality
- Ensure paid family leave and workplace protections for parents and caregivers
